Orders
- After you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after confirmation.
- We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the item is out of stock, or if there is a pricing error. You will be informed in such cases.
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp.
Prices & payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payment options are shown at checkout (currently Cash on Delivery). Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider.
Delivery
- We offer free delivery all over Pakistan.
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days; remote areas, holidays or courier delays can take longer.
- Please provide a complete address and a working phone number. Refusing a confirmed Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason may affect future orders.
Products
- We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
- Stitched outfits shown in photos of unstitched products are for styling reference only; unstitched products are delivered as fabric.
- Handcrafted embroidery may have small variations, which are not considered defects.
Returns & exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged or defective. Please see our Returns & Exchange policy for details.
Reviews
Reviews and photos you submit must be your own and honest. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including photos, text and the Suzain’s Pret name, belongs to Suzain’s Pret and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
